Transition Phase I Beginning on May 19


  • Our staff will return to work individually on a voluntary basis, upon completion of safety training
  • Each day first appointments will be reserved for higher risk clients for their safety 
  • We'll open and only be onsite for appointments during this period
  • All appointments are booked in advance  (no walk-ins) 
  • Safety protocols will be rollout and improved on an a daily basis
  • Number of appointments will be limited with additional gaps between each appointment
  • Touchless Greetings - No hugs and handshakes
  • No Crowding -only a person with appointment will be allow to stay in the salon.
  • Outside Waiting -  Check-in and waiting outside until stylist confirmation
  • We will Require to fill out a waiver and go through a questionary as part of your check in process
  • Social Distancing - 6 or more feet between all clients and work stations
  • Clean Clothes -All employees and guests are expected to come in with clean clothes
  • Health Confirmation - Verbal validation of no symptoms, and touchless temperature check 
  • Masks - Required for all staff and clients before  enter to the  premises
  • Phone: Limited to text. calls have to be limited  for emergencies and only be use outside premises
  • No Blow Drying  - Temporary discontinuation of all blow dry services to minimize air agitation
  • Shampoo Services - Haircut clients are asked to arrive with hair washed. (Shampoo will be limited to removing color from hair)
  • No Beverage Services - Beverage and snack services will be discontinued for now
  • Touchless Transactions - Touchless and paperless transactions with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or touchless Credit Card. Receipts can be texted or email upon request
  • All Reservations requires a credit card 
  • Cancelations are 24hr in advance (fees will be applied) 
  • Safety Fees - We are implementing a small fee to offset extra safety equipment and supply cost for additional time required for safety prep and cleanup; to be able to remain in business   Finally, in term of your appointments, you can request your appointment with the button below. We will reach out to you individually via text, call or email to begin the process of scheduling and confirming your appointments. For everyone with appointments that have passed, feel free to text or email us so that we can plan on your return, get you rescheduled, and better coordinate our re-opening ramp up.
